Anita Calton, age 70 passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022. She enjoyed spending time with her family, helping people, and playing music. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Adams (Stephen) and Lisa Ramsey (Brian); grandsons, Tyler Adams and Charlie Adams; granddaughters, Anna Ray (Chandler), Rhiannon Edmondson (Ethan), and Haley Lambert (Lucas); great-grandsons, Kayden Lambert, Wilkes Edmondson, and Brooks Edmondson; great-granddaughters, Beka Claire Ray, and Lainey Ruth Lambert; twin sister, Rita McCoy (James). She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Junior Calton; daughter, Beckie Vandiver; parents, Jimmy and Ramona South; grandparents, Lucian and Verna Stidham. Visitation will be Monday, January 17, 2022, at Ludlam Funeral Home, Iuka, MS, beginning at 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday. January 18, 2022, at Ludlam Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Franky Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Missionary Baptist Cemetery, Iuka, MS. Pallbearers include Stephen Adams, Brian Ramsey, Chandler Ray, Charlie Adams, Tyler Adams, and Lucas Lambert. Ludlam Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements.
