Cecilia Annette Emerson “Maw Maw”, age 81 passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching Jimmy Swagger, getting her hair done, online shopping, her social media life and calling and talking to all family and loved ones. She also loved sitting and listening to music and visits from her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Robert Dewayne Emerson (Janie) and Jeremy Dewayne Emerson (Wendy);daughters, Patricia Lynn Wood (Jackie) and Elisa Mechell Johnson (Donnie); grandchildren, Jamie Lee Emerson (Jessica), Jacob Tyler Emerson (Haley), Jonathon Skinner (Amy), Chasity Johnson, Cebrina Johnson, Ciara Emerson, Brooklyn McColman (Stephen), Jeremy D. Emerson II, Rickey D. Emerson, Jacob L. Emerson, Rilley Alsup, Regan Alsup, Charlie, Grayson, Aiden, Lila, Ivory, Avery, Elizabeth, Rylan, and Anthony; siblings, Billy McDaniel, Theadore McDaniel, Gerald McDaniel, David McDaniel, Kathie McDaniel, Shawn McDaniel, Gene McDaniel, Jerry McDaniel; She was preceded in death by her parents, George McDaniel and Mary E. Waltz; son, Ricky Emerson; step mother, Kathleen McDaniel; siblings, Evelyn McDaniel, George McDaniel, Dan McDaniel, Hennen Tipton.
