Connie Dillard

Connie Dillard, age 79, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025. She enjoyed being on Facebook, coloring on her phone, watching westerns. She loved spending time with her family and loving on her grandbabies. She is survived by her sons, Larry Dillard (Tina) and Lee Dillard (Rebecca); daughter, Robin Jones (Jim Murphy); grandchildren, Santana Dillard, Matthew Jones, Josh Jones, Dakota Dillard and Jessie Dillard; three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Dillard; parents, Clarence and Fannie Stanford; brothers, Marty Stanford, Mac Stanford and Howard Stanford; three sisters, Frances Rast, Marie Durham and Sue Mckee; granddaughter, Winter Cheyenne Dillard. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Magnolia Missionary Baptist Church, Iuka, MS beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Magnolia Missionary Baptist Church beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Roger Pounders and Bro. Gary Isabell officiating. Pallbearers include Matthew Jones, Joshua Jones, Michael Brown, Dakota Dillard, Jessie Dillard and James Murphy. Honorary pallbearers include Casey Stanford, John Hagood, Jim Murphy and Ronnie McKee. Interment will be in Magnolia Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
