Delbra Atkins Williams, age 63, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025. She was an avid gardener who loved her beautiful flowers and maintaining her fishponds. She is survived by her husband, David Williams; daughters, Jennifer Walker (Brent) and Kristi Hebel (Donny); brother, Jimmy Atkins (Crystal); grandchildren, Justin Hebel, Ella Walker and Drake Walker; sister-in-law, Peggy Whitfield; mother-in-law, Juanita Branum; a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Atkins and Quinn Belue; sister, Sandra Jordan; a nephew. A memorial service will be set at a later date.
