Ira McBee Obituary

Ira Lee McBee, age 98 passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022. She was very talented and enjoyed crafting, sewing, gardening, and fishing. She was a member of Mt. Glory Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Donny McBee (Vickie); daughter, Judy Sumonja; sister, Virgina House; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burvil McBee; parents, Jim and Clara Underwood; son, Jackie McBee; brothers, James Underwood and David Arthur Underwood. Visitation will be held Friday, September 23, 2022, at Ludlam Funeral Home, Iuka, MS beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Ludlam Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Neil Edmondson officiating. Interment will be in Rutledge Salem Cemetery, Iuka, MS. Pallbearers include Randy Sumonja, Paul Rodefer, David McBee, Johnny Costlow, Kenny McBee, and Greg McBee. Ludlam Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ira Lee McBee.
