James Kelly Wiltrout Jr., age 42 passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his mother, Newella Martin; brothers, Tyler Newella Martin and Shane Martin; sister, Nichole Wiltrout; five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Kelly Wiltrout Sr. There will be a memorial set at a later date.
