Jeffrey “Jeff” Biram Greene

In the evening of January 9, 2026, Jeffrey "Jeff" Biram Greene passed away at Methodist University Hospital . He was 63 years old. He was born on August 20, 1962, in Memphis, TN to DeLona Ma Greene and the late Tony Palazola.

Jeff loved sports, especially baseball. As a child, Jeff and the neighborhood kids would play ball every day during the summer and most evenings after school. As he grew older, he loved recording stats for his favorite MLB, NFL and NBA teams. He could quote team records, final scores, and championship details for almost every year. Sports were his passion, but he also loved Halloween and scary movies.

Jeff collected many Halloween costumes over the years and loved dressing up in them and going to Halloween parties. Jeff also loved animals. As a child he had his beloved Collie named Lassie. As an adult he had a beautiful black and white cat named Holly Hal after his favorite holiday.

Jeff had a huge heart and genuinely loved his friends. He had a "crew" of friends that he cherished at Majestic Gardens, his home for the past 5 years: Marilyn, William, Lena, Ms. Isby, Danita, Henry, Reggie, David and Ms. Keyes. He loved his friends and would do anything he could to help them.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father Tony Palazola.

He is survived by his mother, Dee Palazola; sisters, Angela Palazola and Dianna DiSabatino (Joffre): brothers, Anthony, Jonathan and Nicholas; nephew, Jesse Burt.

A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Tishomingo Baptist Church, 10 Jackson St. Tishomingo, MS with Dr Rusty Fair officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service. After the service, there will be a reception in the building adjacent to the church. Pallbearers include Jesse Burt, Joffre DiSabatino, Ricky Greene, Roger Greene, Jimmi Cobb and Dwight Greene. Ludlam Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Jeffrey "Jeff" Biram Greene.
