Maurice Snow, age 88 passed away Friday, April 15, 2022. He was finally reunited with the love of his life. His beloved wife of 64 years Velma M. Snow who passed on January 14, 2022. The pain of losing her was too much to bear. God bless them both may they rest in peace. Mickey was proud to serve his country he was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing, watching, and talking about Alabama playing football with his son, family, and friends. Roll Tide. He enjoyed spending time with his beloved German Shepard, Zoey. He retired from Inland Steel Company, East Chicago Indiana in 1986. He is survived by his daughter, Lynn Miller (Rex); son, Bill Snow (Debra); grandchildren, Daniel “aka Gomer” Snow, Chris Snow, Zachary Miller (Jewel), Lyndsey Snow, and Madisyn Snow; one great grandson Jaxon Miller. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Velma M. Snow; parents, Roy and Kathleen Snow; son, Jeffrey K. Snow; daughter-in-law, Debra L. Snow. There will be a private memorial service.
