Myra Hale

Myra Hale, age 63 passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Myra was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children, family, friends, and embraced every moment with them. Never missing an opportunity to make a memory. She especially loved her role as Gammy and GeGe and was called Momma by many. One of her favorite things was to surprise the ones she loved with baked goods and personalized sewn gifts just to see them smile. She is survived by two daughters, Tamara Howell (Doug) and Whitney Hale (Johnny West); three grandchildren, Aniyah Sherrod, Lennox Howell, and Gage Howell; two brothers, Harry Bowman, and Terry Bowman (Joyce); two nephews, Eric Bowman (Amber) and John Garnett; one niece; Cindy Bowman Stroud (Ronnie); great niece, McKensie Bowman; three great nephews, John Garnett, Braydan Stroud, and Taylor Stroud. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nadine Bowman; sister-in-law, Theresa Bowman. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021, at New Prospect Cemetery, Iuka, MS beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Stanley McGill officiating.
