Philip Brents

Philip Brents, age 79 went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 25, 2023. He worked at Ford Motor Company Wayne Assembly Plant in Michigan for 30 years and moved back home to Iuka in 1996. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Nancy Brents; daughters, Jennifer Belue (Jeremy) and Sheila Dufek (Russell); brothers, Ronald Brents (Gwen), Ronnie Brents, Cliffard Brents (Connie) and Lawrence Barkley; grandchildren, Tabitha Stapleton (Jeremy), Philip Blake Belue (Tiffnie), Makayla Dufek, Jason Bailey Belue (Chloe) and Brentley Belue; great grandchildren, Hazel Belue and Jason Paul Belue. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Cleo Brents; brothers, Paul Brents, James Brents, and Donald Brents; sister, Norma Jill Brents; son-in-law, Jason Belue; sister-in-law, Betty Barkley. Visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Ludlam Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Services following in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers include Jason Bailey Belue, Phillip Blake Belue, Brently Belue, Colby Brents, Jeremy Stapleton and Jeremy James. Interment will be in Mount Evergreen Cemetery, Iuka, MS. Ludlam Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Philip Brents.
