Raymond “Ray Ray” Matthew Wells, age 34 passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024. He enjoyed going to drag races, loved fishing, working on things, welding, being around family, cook outs, though he was a grill master, always thought he was momma’s hillbilly, making everyone laugh when he got the chance and loved the outdoors.  He is survived by his mother, Laura Dees: bonus daughters, Jaden Cooper and Jaci Cooper; twin brother, James Wells (Morgan); brothers, Heath Lowery (Emily) and Josh Lowery; sister, Misty Wells; Fiancé, Brianna Wilkins; nephews, Casen Lowery; bonus nephews, Ean Putt and Jackson Reeves; nieces, Keeley Harvey, Madison Lowery, Rayleigh Carmon and Shelby Reeves; great niece, Kaydence Davis; several aunts and uncles he loved very much; cousins, Fugitt’s, McDavid’s, and Lowery’s He was preceded in death by James Michael Wells Sr. and Ronnie Dees; grandparents, Ruth Ward, J.W. Wells, Jim H. Ward, Pawpaw Chester, Lila Faye Hobbs Lowery, me maw Betty Kay Davis Lowery, Granny Margaret Frye, Pawpaw Russell Green; uncles, William David Lowery and Michael Snider; sister, Peggy Wells; bonus daughter, Harper Wilkins. A visitation will be held Friday, July 12, 2024, at Ludlam Funeral Home Iuka, MS beginning at 10:00 a.m. until noon. Funeral services will follow visitation at noon at Ludlam Funeral Home Chapel with Austin Shubert, Josh Lowery and Raymond Schroyer officiating. Interment will be Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers include Heath Lowery, Josh Lowery, Casen Lowery and Shelby Lowery. Honorary Pallbearers include The Brothers at Gods House of Hope, Patrick McDavid, Paul Fugitt, Tyler Lowery and Rob Bonds.
