Rickie Benson, age 65 passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching westerns. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Benson; three sons, James Smith (Heather), Michael Smith, and Ricky Smith (Nikki); one daughter, Laura Lind (Russell); three brothers, Jerry Ray Hanson, Walter Benson, and Randy Benson; four sisters, Shirley Sutton, Betty Letson, Mary Delll Riddle and Melatha Jones; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Oliver and Amy Benson; three brothers, James Benson, George Benson and Eugene Benson; four sisters, Barbara Hamm, Peggy Winstead, Gloria Patterson, and Christine Henson. Visitation services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Ludlam Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Ludlam Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements.
