Jeanette and family, I am so very saddened at the passing of Bobby and will miss his humor and the stories he shared with his IHS Class of 1963 classmates. I am also celebrating his journey to his forever home. There is no doubt heaven has gained a good and faithful servant. He will be greatly missed on this side of heaven, but oh what a celebration we'll have when we're reunited. I pray your family will be comforted by your memories of Bobby.

My heart is broken for the family - my cousins, Janeatte and her's and Bob's family. I regarded Bob Glover with the highest of esteem. I had the opportunity to share some heart to heart talks with him, and one thing I am very sure of is that he was a Godly man. I have no doubt that, upon his entry into Heaven, he had the chance to look God into God's face and hear God tell him, "Well done, my child. Well done." I prefer to think that Bob did not die, but that he was, instead, born. He has lifted his wings and soared away, going to that place where he walks in the green pastures and sits beside the still waters, that place where there is no sadness and no sorrow, that place where he never again shall know pain or sickness. He has gone to that place to which we all can some day go, too. What comfort that thought brings. I am sure that, if Bob could tell us this, he would say, "Miss me, but let me go." It is not for Bob's new birth that we should grieve, but for the great loss that mankind has suffered. Instead of that loss, let us remember the gain that he gave us by being a part of our lives - no matter what role he was in our lives. He came to be a part of our Daniel family a long time ago, and just as he did in our family, he also did in the lives of all who walked upon the path with him: he made a difference that mattered, and he made our world a better and happier place in which to be. We will miss you, Bob, but we will let you go.
